Shipping & delivery
All the Products on our website are divided into the following three sections:
1- FEATURED PRODUCTS
2- STUDIO
3- BACK STAGE
Featured Products section consists of our best-selling products globally and we keep stock of the same. Items in this section are shipped between 1-3 days
The studio section contains classy designs that are custom-made as per your requirements. The products in this section take between 1-2 weeks to ship.
The Back Stage section consists of our Export Surplus designs. These styles move very fast, and once finished are generally not restocked. The items in this section ship between 1-3 days.
On shipping, our logistics team and partners will contact you with track details and ETA
Incase, you do not receive your package in the specified time, please kindly reach us at info@IshvakuNY.com with your order number and we will respond within 24 Hrs. You will either be informed with exact dates of arrival along with reason of the delay, or reimbursed in full amount that you paid.
